Levítico 5— comparação

1“'Se alguém pecar, por ter ouvido uma intimação pública para testemunhar, sendo ele testemunha, seja do que viu ou do que soube, se não o relatar, então levará a sua iniquidade.

2“'Ou se alguém tocar em alguma coisa impura, seja o cadáver de um animal selvagem impuro, ou o cadáver de um animal doméstico impuro, ou o cadáver de criaturas rastejantes impuras, e isso lhe passar despercebido, e ele se tornar impuro, então será culpado.

3“'Ou se ele tocar na impureza humana, qualquer que seja a impureza com a qual se torne impuro, e isso lhe passar despercebido; quando ele souber disso, então será culpado.

4“'Ou se alguém jurar precipitadamente com os seus lábios para fazer o mal ou para fazer o bem — qualquer que seja a coisa que um homem possa pronunciar precipitadamente com um juramento, e isso lhe passar despercebido — quando ele souber disso, então será culpado de uma destas coisas.

5Acontecerá que, quando ele for culpado de uma destas coisas, confessará aquilo em que pecou;

6e trará a sua oferta pela culpa ao SENHOR pelo pecado que cometeu: uma fêmea do rebanho, uma cordeira ou uma cabrita, como oferta pelo pecado; e o sacerdote fará expiação por ele em relação ao seu pecado.

7“'Se ele não tiver recursos para oferecer uma cordeira, então trará ao SENHOR como sua oferta pela culpa por aquilo em que pecou, duas rolinhas ou dois pombinhos; um para oferta pelo pecado, e o outro para holocausto.

8Ele os trará ao sacerdote, que primeiro oferecerá o que é para a oferta pelo pecado. Ele destroncará a cabeça do pescoço da ave, mas não a separará completamente.

9Ele aspergirá um pouco do sangue da oferta pelo pecado na lateral do altar; e o restante do sangue será escorrido na base do altar. É uma oferta pelo pecado.

10Ele oferecerá o segundo como holocausto, de acordo com a ordenança; e o sacerdote fará expiação por ele em relação ao pecado que cometeu, e ele será perdoado.

11“'Mas se ele não tiver recursos para duas rolinhas ou dois pombinhos, então trará como sua oferta por aquilo em que pecou, a décima parte de um efa de farinha da melhor qualidade para oferta pelo pecado. Ele não colocará azeite sobre ela, e não colocará nenhum incenso sobre ela, pois é uma oferta pelo pecado.

12Ele a trará ao sacerdote, e o sacerdote pegará um punhado dela como porção memorial, e a queimará no altar, sobre as ofertas do SENHOR feitas por fogo. É uma oferta pelo pecado.

13O sacerdote fará expiação por ele em relação ao seu pecado que cometeu em qualquer destas coisas, e ele será perdoado; e o restante será do sacerdote, como na oferta de cereais.'”

14O SENHOR falou a Moisés, dizendo:

15“Se alguém cometer uma transgressão, e pecar involuntariamente em relação às coisas santas do SENHOR, então trará a sua oferta pela culpa ao SENHOR: um carneiro sem defeito do rebanho, de acordo com a sua avaliação em siclos de prata, segundo o siclo do santuário, como oferta pela culpa.

16Ele fará restituição por aquilo que fez de errado em relação à coisa santa, e acrescentará a isso a quinta parte, e a dará ao sacerdote; e o sacerdote fará expiação por ele com o carneiro da oferta pela culpa, e ele será perdoado.

17“Se alguém pecar, fazendo qualquer uma das coisas que o SENHOR ordenou que não se fizessem, mesmo que não soubesse, ainda assim é culpado, e levará a sua iniquidade.

18Ele trará ao sacerdote um carneiro sem defeito do rebanho, de acordo com a sua avaliação, como oferta pela culpa; e o sacerdote fará expiação por ele em relação àquilo em que pecou e não sabia, e ele será perdoado.

19É uma oferta pela culpa. Ele certamente é culpado perante o SENHOR.”

1“‘If anyone sins, in that he hears a public adjuration to testify, he being a witness, whether he has seen or known, if he doesn’t report it, then he shall bear his iniquity.

2“‘Or if anyone touches any unclean thing, whether it is the carcass of an unclean animal, or the carcass of unclean livestock, or the carcass of unclean creeping things, and it is hidden from him, and he is unclean, then he shall be guilty.

3“‘Or if he touches the uncleanness of man, whatever his uncleanness is with which he is unclean, and it is hidden from him; when he knows of it, then he shall be guilty.

4“‘Or if anyone swears rashly with his lips to do evil or to do good—whatever it is that a man might utter rashly with an oath, and it is hidden from him—when he knows of it, then he will be guilty of one of these.

5It shall be, when he is guilty of one of these, he shall confess that in which he has sinned;

6and he shall bring his trespass offering to Yahweh for his sin which he has sinned: a female from the flock, a lamb or a goat, for a sin offering; and the priest shall make atonement for him concerning his sin.

7“‘If he can’t afford a lamb, then he shall bring his trespass offering for that in which he has sinned, two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, to Yahweh; one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering.

8He shall bring them to the priest, who shall first offer the one which is for the sin offering. He shall wring off its head from its neck, but shall not sever it completely.

9He shall sprinkle some of the blood of the sin offering on the side of the altar; and the rest of the blood shall be drained out at the base of the altar. It is a sin offering.

10He shall offer the second for a burnt offering, according to the ordinance; and the priest shall make atonement for him concerning his sin which he has sinned, and he shall be forgiven.

11“‘But if he can’t afford two turtledoves or two young pigeons, then he shall bring as his offering for that in which he has sinned, one tenth of an ephah of fine flour for a sin offering. He shall put no oil on it, and he shall not put any frankincense on it, for it is a sin offering.

12He shall bring it to the priest, and the priest shall take his handful of it as the memorial portion, and burn it on the altar, on the offerings of Yahweh made by fire. It is a sin offering.

13The priest shall make atonement for him concerning his sin that he has sinned in any of these things, and he will be forgiven; and the rest shall be the priest’s, as the meal offering.’”

14Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,

15“If anyone commits a trespass, and sins unwittingly regarding Yahweh’s holy things, then he shall bring his trespass offering to Yahweh: a ram without defect from the flock, according to your estimation in silver by shekels, according to the shekel of the sanctuary, for a trespass offering.

16He shall make restitution for that which he has done wrong regarding the holy thing, and shall add a fifth part to it, and give it to the priest; and the priest shall make atonement for him with the ram of the trespass offering, and he will be forgiven.

17“If anyone sins, doing any of the things which Yahweh has commanded not to be done, though he didn’t know it, he is still guilty, and shall bear his iniquity.

18He shall bring a ram without defect from of the flock, according to your estimation, for a trespass offering, to the priest; and the priest shall make atonement for him concerning the thing in which he sinned and didn’t know it, and he will be forgiven.

19It is a trespass offering. He is certainly guilty before Yahweh.”
